A great comeback from being 2-0 down at half time to draw. By trying to play creative, attacking football we were rewarded with Jack first scoring a deflected free kick from the edge of the area & cooling slotting into the net several minutes later. The team ended the game strongly & it was only the cross bar that stopped Oliver's shot after some excellent team play down the left.
Makai took the Man of the Match trophy home again this week as he kept us in the game with some very brave & agile goalkeeping. Eddie, Alex, Mikey & Nathan were strong in defence when called into action. Oliver, Ben & Coby were working hard on the wings & tracking back to help the defence.
Another good result and performance taking into account the 'physical' style of the opposition.
