2018 Club Celebration Event

End of season 2017 - 2018 Celebration events
We have a mixture of events to celebrate the end of the footballing year and to bring another successful season to a close, despite the weather having had a major impact to fixtures and many weekends have been washed out.
The events planned are as follows..

The Village Hotel Celebration
Location: The Village Hotel, Brailsford Way, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 6DL
Doors Open: 5:30pm
Food: 6:30pm & 8:30pm (in order for teams to rotate through and reduce queue)
- Children: Pizza (Cheese & Tomato) or Burger & chips included in the ticket cost and will be served in the bar area via a ticket/token issued on entrance to the event by hotel staff.
- Adults: Not included in ticket price - There is a menu for the main bar should you wish to order.
Entertainment:
- Team/Individual Presentations
- Raffle with prizes donated from local business - tickets sold and drawn on the night.
- Disco & Dancefloor until late (11:30pm)
Costs:
- Adult tickets £2
- Children tickets £4

- Long Eaton Indigo bus stop nearby
Reserve your seats:
- Reservations/Bookings closed on the 4th May
- Team contacts will then be given a list for your team, to enable them to collect the monies from your team and then pay the club by the 13th May in bulk
- The form you complete will add your information to a guest list - this will then be used to collect payment prior to the event as above. This will become the door register which will be checked on entry.
- Everyone attending is required to pay an entrance fee in advance as the club would like to cover the costs for the event but also keep the costs to you down.
- If you are u12 Blue as you will see this is not listed - for booking purposes only just enter your Saturday team
- For those with 2 players in teams from u9 upwards you only need to submit the form once but just advise your teams which team you will pay the tickets
Timings on the night for teams
The exact timings will be confirmed once the numbers are known, however its very likely that the u9's will start around 6:15pm
Managers
- You will have use of a Microphone when presenting your trophies.
- Please aim for around 10 to 15 minutes per team for your presentation
- We will have use of large screens if you have any audio/visual you wish to display you will need to have this sent to the Chairman prior to the event to load onto the laptop.
