Broxtowe Borough Council - Sports Awards

Toton Tornados FC were nominated in the Club of the Year category and on the night reached the final shortlist of three from the initial twelve great clubs nominated from across all sports, it was all very exciting to have your club up on the big screen and over 200 people listening to Colin Fray (BBC Radio Nottingham) reading out the list of achievements since we started and thinking it does sound quite a bit... 
However it was not to be our night as the winner was announced by the Mayor as Attenborough Cricket Club, a worthy winner and we congratulate them.
A great achievement for the club and very public recognition to highlight the hard work that is going on within to ensure the club goes from strength to strength.
