It's hoped that this club update will find everyone linked to the club in good health and able if only for a little indulgence begin to look to the future in the hope that our children will again be able to continue to play football with friends.
Therefore
The FA & Leagues have asked the club to plan as if the 2020/21 season will commence from September. Team managers have been asked to confirm that teams will continue next season, player registrations to commit to next season have begun to be sent out automatically from the clubs website.
The committee will be running a virtual meeting in the next couple of weeks to discuss how best to fund next season and the team managers will be invited.
For those not aware on how the grassroots season administration works..
The 31st May is the official date when player registrations 2019/20 expire, therefore players not signing for the club to play in the 2020/21 season will be released from the clubs website and the clubs FA player admin system.
In addition to this we will also be looking for a new Club Treasurer if you would be interested to know more about what this role involves please ask your manager to forward your email to the committee for an informal chat.
